It started some years ago when I was trying to retrieve some old files from my Macintosh Powerbook but failed. Then I tried to read my back-ups from the 90ies - also a failure in most ways. When surfing the net for some new search-engines I stumbled into a very interesting webpage - web.history.org. Suddenly I got a glimpse of the haydays of the 90ies - well when everything started and among other pages - this one devoted for St Helena in the South Atlantic Ocean.
As you can see - quite interesting to see. Note that very few
changes has been made regarding the "design" - no Java or other hot
stuffs deflecting the years devolopments in webdesign or plugins.
